HackWITus is a community oriented organization that aims to make a home for hackers in the Boston area. We strive to create a positive, energetic environment where any student is free to experiment, innovate, and compete with their peers. We believe that by providing the best resources, we ourselves are encouraging our members to reach their full potential. We go to great lengths because we believe students are the true innovators and will make the greatest impact in the world.
Eligibility
In order to attend our event you must be a university student (or have graduated in 2017). All degree types are eligable (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, PhD).

Best use of Google Cloud Platform
Google Home Minis for each team member
Best Beginner's Hack
Rocketbook Reusable Notebooks will be awarded to the best hack from a team with at least 50% of its members being first time hackathon attendees.
Best Software Hack
WASD Keyboard MX Blue will be awarded to the best use of any software (frameworks, programming languages, etc. )
Most Entertaining Hack
Bose Wireless Headphones will be awarded to the most 'out-there' project. It can be funny, inspiring, scary, or anything at all!
Best Hardware Hack
Photon Kits will be awarded to the team who best utilizes hardware in their project. This can include but is not limited to 3D printing, arduinos, or any physical interactivity.
Best Diversity-Centered Hack
Photon Kits will be awarded to the team who has the best project focused around promoting diversity, accessibility, and/or inclusion
